Karen Weaver hasn't been the Mayor of Flint for long, but she is already talking to the residents to figure out the pulse of the city.

Tuesday evening at the Hasselbring Community Center, Mayor Weaver outlined some of her major goals for the city.

Weaver is trying to encourage residents to share their concerns with her, so that a problem may be found..
