Flint Police Need Help Identifying Person Who Left Dog In Garbage Bag [VIDEO]

I do not see how the punishment could actually fit the crime in this instance, unless whoever put a puppy in a garbage bag to die, is put in a garbage bag too! Flint police are trying to find out who left the dog abandoned on Bluff Street on the campus of Kettering University.

I do not care if the person(s) responsible did not want the dog or are unable to care for it financially. This was a sick and inhumane act and I hope whoever is responsible is brought to justice. Police were able to obtain a surveillance video of the dog being dumped by someone in an old conversion van. If you recognize the vehicle from the video, please notify authorities.
