While on the road the band has been busy writing and getting ready to head into the studio to begin work on their second studio release. The Devastator

    'Violent Humanization'[audio://townsquare.media/site/84/files/2012/02/The-Devastator-Violent-Humanization.mp3]

Lansing, Michigan's The Devastator are a punishing old school death metal band with a new school approach. Sick of hearing the same boring breakdown after breakdown the guys of The Devastator started schooling others on what really is metal. After spending a full year playing shows they entered NS Studios(same studio who recorded the new Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza album due out soon) in Grand Rapids, Michigan and recorded their debut EP. Releasing the EP digitially at the beginning of 2011 their fan base grew even more getting bigger and better shows! As 2011 comes to a close The Devastator plays shows every weekend and is also finishing up writing for their first full length. Look out, because these guys mean business!

    Caesar

    'President Kimball'[audio://townsquare.media/site/84/files/2012/02/Caesar-President-Kimball.mp3]

The grouped formed in December 2010, and while none of the members can call the same town home, they have all found a home within Caesar. Caesar hits the pavement as much as possible and having members from Michigan and Indiana, they make sure that whenever they are given a stage to play on they make sure to leave their mark. The live performance of this group is what they pride themselves on, and... they entertain in a manner that fans won't soon forget. As for the music, it can stand on its own. The way in which the music of Caesar is delivered through speakers is for lack of a better word: aggressive. It can be found in the rhythmic attack from the instruments and the chilling delivery of the vocals.
