Michigan's favorite governor made his way back to Flint today after taking a well deserved verbal beating in D.C. yesterday. He said it was part of the learning process as to what went wrong. He also said, he has no plans to resign and will focus on fixing Flint's problems.

According to ABC12, at today's meetings they covered problems some people are having with the hot water tanks in their homes, believed to be from corrosive water, and a study that's supposed to begin next week that will take a close look at water rates. Leaders want to know what's driving these crazy rates and how they compare to other cities.
