Creed singer Scott Stapp is hitting the road this spring in support of his latest solo album, ‘Proof of Life,’ and the tour on March 29 hits the Machine Shop in Flint. Stapp's new single, “Slow Suicide,” is gaining momentum and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Christian Rock Charts. Take a listen to the tune below.

As for ‘Proof of Life,’ Stapp calls the release “the most meaningful record of my career.”

“I’ve made a lot of messes in my life but I’ve learned I can take a mess and turn it into a message,” Stapp said in a statement. “This album chronicles my struggles, my journey and it’s the most honest record I have ever written.”

He added, “The fans have always meant everything to me and over the years they’ve come to me and told me how through my music they’ve gotten through the worst of times and that hit me. With this album, it’s the first time that when I listened back to the tracks, it became a cathartic experience for me.”

Tickets for the Machine Shop show are $25 in advance. For more information, go here.
