High Times 2014 Cannabis Cup Coming to Flint

The High Times Cannabis Cup is the largest marijuana expo for stoner enthusiasts to come and sample the high effects of some of the best weed in the world.

At one time, this mega-event was only held in Amsterdam, but as parts of the United States continue to legalizing the leaf for both medicinal and recreational purposes, the Cup has spread its wings and added several American cities to its tour – including Flint, Michigan.

The two-day medical marijuana trade show will take place July 26-27, 2014 at the main complex of the Auto City Speedway. Inside cannabis fans can enjoy booths selling stoner essentials from glassware to grow equipment, as well as a selection of artwork. There will also be three seminars each day of the event, with experts speaking on topics including “current political issues, grow seminars with HIGH TIMES editors as well as a cooking seminar from our own Cannabis Cookbook author,” according to the website.

Although the event is designated a medical marijuana EXPO, the High Times Cannabis Cup is opened to all adults, regardless if they are a patient. However, a designated medicating section will be provided outdoors for patients interested in sampling strains.
