Jury Decides in Favor of Doctor in Penis Amputation Case

The verdict is in or should I say ver-dick?  A Kentucky man lost part of his penis and his case against the doctor he claims cut it off.

64 Year old truck driver Phillip Seaton sued Dr. John Patterson for 16 million dollars according to CBS News.  Seaton claimed the doc, quote:

"Took his manhood."

Seaton believes the doctor amputated his penis without his consent.  Apparently Seaton had penile cancer and the doctor was doing what he thought was best to stop it from spreading.
