Kid Rock Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives Tonight

Kid Rock will show off two awesome Clarkston eateries tonight on the Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.  The show hosted by Guy Fieri features different restaurants through out the country that feature sometimes unusual but always kick ass food.

Tonight the Clarkston Union and Union Woodshop will be featured. 

According to MLive, Fieri contacted Kid Rock and asked him what his favorite restaurant in the community was and he chose Clarkston Union.  I have been there and I have three words for you - Macaroni and Cheese!  It is to die for and will be a big part of the show tonight.  You cannot go to Clarkston Union and not get the mac & cheese.  I have heard grown men say "It's so good, I don't know if I should f*** it or eat it!"  Damn!  That is some mac & cheese!

As far as the Union Woodshop goes, I have been there once for my friend Melody's baby shower.  Let me tell you, that was the BEST baby shower I have ever been too.  The atmosphere and the food are awesome.  I did see a Machine Shop sign there too.  Maybe the camera will pan across that tonight on TV?  The show will also feature Kid Rock discussing brewing of his Badass Beer.

Foodies, beer drinkers and Kid Rock fans unite, the show airs tonight at 10:00pm.
