The 'American Bad Ass' has a big ass heart! Kid Rock recently surprised a super fan with Down Syndrome at a birthday party! The expression on Dan McGurk's face when he sees Kid Rock at The Union Woodshed in Clarkston is priceless!

Dan made a YouTube invitation and a Facebook invite hoping Kid Rock would come to his 30th birthday. Not only did KR show up, he brought presents including a guitar. Well done Kid Rock! Everyone is busy, celebrity or not and the fact that Kid Rock took the time to make Dan's birthday special really says something about him as a person, a really good person.
