Kid Suspended for Playing With an Airsoft Gun in His Own Front Yard [VIDEO]

This is absolutely ridiculous. A kid in Virginia Beach was suspended, and could possibly be expelled, for having some fun before school with his friends and an airsoft pistol in his own front yard. That's right, his own front yard. And to top it all off, the toy gun never left the confines of his yard, which is also clearly marked with a sign reading "Private Property". So what are your thoughts on this? Is the school over stepping it's bounds? Do they have a right to suspend and possibly expel these children? Leave your comments below.
