A massive recall has begun on Kidde brand fire extinguishers. They have recalled 134 models that may fail to activate during a fire situation.

The problem with the extinguishers is that they may become clogged and discharge with a lot of force. So far, one person has died and 16 others were injured due to these extinguishers.

The models in question were manufactured between January 1, 1973 and August 15, 2017. They could have been red, white, or silver with the model number on the label. These models are either ABC- or BC-rated.
