Korn and Banana 101.5 Share 20th Birthday

By now, you've likely heard that Korn are headlining Banana 101.5's 20th Birthday Bash on Oct. 3 at the Perani Arena. But, did you know the Banana and Korn actually share a 20th birthday?

Korn's self-titled debut album dropped on Oct. 11, 1994, which means that just days after the Banana's 20th Birthday Bash, Korn will also celebrate the 20th birthday of their eponymous debut. How awesome is that? Korn's 12-track debut introduced the band's cathartic, metal-rap hybrid to the rock world and, thankfully, shook up things up in a major way.
