Despite singer Randy Blythe's recent campaign for President of the United States of America, Lamb of God haven't forgot to promote their upcoming album 'Resolution' as well.

Lamb of God are set to release the follow-up to 2009's 'Wrath' and seventh LP 'Resolution' on January 24th. There have been talks that this could be the last album from the Virginian metalcore quintet, the finality of the album's name has caused further speculation on the issue. Presidential hopeful and vocalist Randy Blythe recently explained to Radio Metal what the title of the album means for him as well as the band:

"Resolution’ doesn’t necessary mean that you’re going to change; a resolution can be a lot of different things. It can mean the end and result of a lot of stuff, it can mean a clarity of vision, so … it can be a decision you’re going to make, so my resolution on this record is just to tour the world and put on the best show we can.”

The ominous statement certainly doesn't help negate the break-up talks, but is in no way a death sentence for the band either. Lamb of God have been releasing snippets of the new tunes in anticipation of the release, the latest of which is accompanied by a teaser trailer and an uncharacteristically operatic arrangement with an orchestra and female singer backing the band on the new track 'King Me.'
