Lawmakers In Michigan Trying To End Daylight Saving Time

I really have no idea why lawmakers are trying to stop daylight savings time. Lawmakers are pushing to keep the clocks from jumping ahead this spring. 

The bill was introduced to the House yesterday in an attempt to end daylight savings time year round. They did try this a couple years ago, but it did not pass.

What are your thoughts on this? Honestly, I could care less.
