This poor little guy was found beaten and left in frigid temperatures in Saginaw. Thanks to a local couple and a veterinarian this cat will survive but must adapt to being blind. His abuse was so severe that he had to have his eyes removed.

Dr. Tina Roggenbeck with the Veterinary Health Center is not only offering a $750 reward for the prosecution of whoever did this, but the United States Humane Society announced they will pitch in $5,000 for tips that lead to the suspect.
