Our quest for health has brought us to our two-week mark. So far I have been diligent about going to the gym and watching what I eat. I have slipped up, but I am not giving up! Chris and I have even worked out together and celebrated at the bar afterward. Hey, baby steps!

Amanda Tanner (our inspirational spirit animal), was in studio yesterday to check our progress. We don't step on a scale (thank you Jesus), we get measured. I have to say I am happy and encouraged by our results. Whatever your health and fitness goals are - YOU CAN DO IT! If we can, clearly anyone can!
