Man Accused of Filming Nude Boys at Warren Community Center [VIDEO]

This wasn't an isolated incident either, apparently he's been filming the children for years!

Timothy Kenneth Decker, 58, of Warren is awaiting arraignment after the FBI discovered several years worth of videos of the young, naked boys, many of which are from the Warren Community Center. One neighbor told Fox 2 Detroit that they always knew something was a little disturbing about Decker who's lived alone for 20-years, right down the street from a school, and had carnival equipment at his home. Authorities were tipped off by a 20-year old man who says he used to work for Decker, and came across explicit pictures of himself on a work flash drive some from as young as 14-years old.
