Man Arrested For Giving Meth and Heroin To Dog [VIDEO]

A California man is facing numerous charges, including animal cruelty for getting his dog high on meth and heroin. Yep. What a disgrace.

Joshua West, 40, was found in a hotel room with the dog named Bubba. West was arrested an outstanding warrant, a parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, heroin and methamphetamine. Christ. Animal peeps on the scene noticed how lethargic Bubba was. Sure enough, the dog tested positive for meth and heroin. Ugh. Bubba is being cared for now and once he has made a full recovery, he will be up for adoption.
