Man Dies After Being Pepper Sprayed and Restrained At Michigan Mall [VIDEO]

An investigation is under way into the death of Mackenzie Cochran. The Ferndale man died at Northland Mall in Southfield, after an altercation with mall security officers. Cochran's final moments were caught on cell phone video. You can clearly hear Cochran telling security officers he could not breathe.
