Man Found Near Cemetery Wearing Hair Scrunchie Around His Penis

The freaks come out at night is right!  A California man was arrested last  Friday night near a cemetery wearing some unusual things.  Especially on his privates!

Shawn Batie was found wearing an Oakland Raiders jacket, a G-string, socks and a hair scrunchie around his junk.  Guys if you are not sure what a "scrunchie" is, it's basically a ponytail holder for girls hair.  It's not a good look for hair, let alone a penis!

This is a shocker (NOT), drugs were involved.  Batie was allegedly under the influence of methamphetamines.

Police Officers and Fashion Police were both called to the scene.

Yep, he was arrested.
