Man Gets Indecent Exposure Charge For Fake Penis

Hello creeper! Jacob Bovia of Maryland was recently charged with indecent exposure for flaunting a fake penis. Bovia apparently was exposing the fake unit to women at Anne Arundel Community College.

According to the Huffington Post, Bovia was caught after several women complained and gave a description of his vehicle.  It is not known why he was using a fake penis as opposed to showing his own. Either way, this guy is a nut job.

His parents must be so proud!
