Man Records What He Believes is Police Brutality After Being Pulled Over [VIDEO]

This guy believes he was a victim of police brutality and feels all the proof is in the video. I've watched this a couple times and I think they are both a bit in the wrong here. The driver should have simply handed over his drivers license and registration when asked to instead of acting like a tool but the officer changed his story three times as to why he was pulling this guy over, plus he acted a bit too much on the aggressive side. What are your thoughts on this?
