Man Robs an Injured Elderly Woman Who Was Lying In The Street [VIDEO]

She thought he was going to call for help, but he had different plans. 

It takes a certain type of despicable soul to do something this low. He pretended to call 911, then went in her house, stole her purse, walked right by her injured body.  ABC 12 reports that the man authorities nick named "Heartless" has not yet been found. There is surveillance footage from the near by bar where a man was seen walking alone around the time of the robbery.
