Man Steals Car, Cops Chase Man, Man Jumps Into River [VIDEO]

Police have arrested a man after a short chase in Bay City. A blue Honda was reported stolen on Monday and police spotted it yesterday and the chase began. 

After this dummy hit a curb, fence, and tree, and losing a tire, he took off on foot and headed to the river. Police eventually found and arrested him after 20 minutes in the water.
