Man Wants To Live As Dog [VIDEO]

This is doggone nuts! Meet Gary Matthews, a 47-year-old man who want to live his life as a dog. Matthews has even petitioned a court to have his name legally changed to 'Boomer the Dog'. His request was denied yesterday. This man just may be, barking up the wrong tree.
