Mark Farner Visits Flint Before Heading Out on Tour [VIDEO]

Former Grand Funk Railroad singer and guitarist Mark Farner is back in Flint getting ready to kickoff his summer touring schedule with a show this Saturday at Meadow Brook Amphitheater in Rochester Hills along with George Thorogood.

ABC12 talked with the 67 year-old in downtown Flint about many things including performing acoustic, the Flint water crisis and Flint's Capitol Theater which he hopes to perform at when the renovations are  complete ,"I wanna open that theater, I wanna do a show there and I wanna rock that place. I love that place, I put a lot of hours into that theater when I was a kid."
