This Cockfight is gonna be brutal! Volbeat returns to defend their crown against psychedelic prog-metal's current “it” band, Mastodon. Volbeat is going for their fourth win but tonight they have their work cut out for them, 'Curl of the Burl' may not make much sense to me, but it's a kick-ass tune! There has been a lot of talk about Mastodon's upcoming album 'The Hunter', this could be the album that takes the band from underground darling to mainstream success. Of the two songs I've heard thus far, I think all the buzz is quite appropriate. Lets see if they're gonna be able to take down Volbeat tonight in The Cockfight.

Trying to finidh out the week undefeated are the incredible Danish rock group Volbeat. I would vote for them against almost anything after seeing them Monday night at The Machine Shop...almost. That new Mastodon is pretty bitchin', you've got a tough decision to make to finish the week off -- do the right thing.
