With Spring right around the corner, the never ending battle to repair and fix roads in Michigan continues. Sure it may be inconvenient, but we wouldn't be able to go anywhere if they didn't try to fix the roads.

There are two projects near the Genesee County area that may slow you down. From April to September, crews will be repairing and resealing 13 miles of I-75. That will cause traffic shifts and lane closures from I-475 to Birch Run.

From August through October, crews will be doing some reconstruction on I-69. The three mile stretch from Ballenger Highway to Fenton Road will see lane changes and closures during that project.

If you plan to travel or work in other areas in Michigan, check out the full construction map here.
