The Michigan Renaissance Festival was forced to get creative this year and came through for festival lovers by offering a drive through experience. Visitors were still able to enjoy entertainers, vendors, and of course turkey legs - just from their vehicles.

Now just in time for Halloween, they are getting creative again with 'A Haunting in Holly Grove -  Phantasm of Lights'. The haunt will be open on the following days,

  • Thursday, October 15th.
  • Friday, October 16th.
  • Saturday, October 17th.
  • Sunday, October 18th
  • Thursday, October 22nd.
  • Friday, October 23rd.
  • Saturday, October 24th.
  • Sunday, October 25th.
  • Thursday, October 29th.
  • Friday, October 30th.
  • Saturday, October 31st.

Guests will walk through a quarter mile of amazing lights and scary sounds, making your way through twists and turns throughout the Michigan Renaissance Festival Village. According to the Halloween in Holly website, there is something new at every turn, plus haunting scenes and characters.

Heads up, only 40 guests will be allowed in per time slot. Social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines will be in effect. Tickets are $25 dollars for adults, persons 5 to 12 years of age, are $17.50. For a list of available times, and to buy your tickets, click here.

What a cool idea. This looks like a fun event for the whole family, or for a group of friends for a night out. If you were not planning on taking your kids trick-or-treating, this sounds like a good substitute.
