MI Teen Allegedly Shot by Mother After Refusing to go to School [VIDEO]

Earlier this morning a 17-year-old boy was allegedly shot in the back by his mother at their Inkster apartment after he refused to go to school.

He was shot after they got into some sort of heated argument about the boy not wanting to go to school. According to WDIV, the teen allegedly was running from his mother when she fired a shot through a glass window, striking her son in the back. The mother was arrested and is in custody while her son suffers in a hospital bed. He's in stable but critical condition.

It's so hard to process that a mother could actually pick up a gun and shoot her own son in the back over something as stupid as this. I mean, I'm all for tough parenting once in awhile but this absolutely nuts. Regardless if this kid was the biggest pain in the ass ever, it's still no excuse for pulling the trigger on him.
