The woman, speaking to Tulsa, Oklahoma's News on 6, describes the events that led to her discovery of the fire at Casa Linda Apartments. Her ability to breathe life into an otherwise boring conversation is remarkable. Seriously, we would pay money to listen to her doing a commentary track on something like 'Making a Murderer.' She had us at, "I said whaaaaat?"
