Michigan Judge Removes Robe To Help Stop Courtroom Scuffle [VIDEO]

Back in December, Jackson County Circuit Court Judge John McBain jumped into action to help restrain a man in his courtroom. After getting 93 days in jail, this guy decided to not go down without a fight. As the officer was trying to cuff him, he fought back. 

Judge McBain then tossed off his robe and went to help the officer.
