A western Michigan man was killed during a struggle with a Michigan deputy. Kent County sheriff's deputies were called to a home last night in Algoma Township for a dispute between two brothers. 

Once the officers arrived, they separated the two brothers. After this happened, one of the brothers started to struggle with the deputy. The deputy was injured during the struggle, which led to fatal shots being fired at the brother.

The other deputy and brother were unharmed in the incident.  Police are still investigating the incident.
