Michigan Police Dash Cam Captures Spin-Out [VIDEO]

Driving in Michigan during winter months is no joke. Snow and ice make driving around here down right dangerous. Proof of that was caught by a dash cam from the inside of a Ingham County Sheriff's patrol car.

I am not sure if I feel safer driving on Michigan roads or riding with Justin Bieber? Tough call.
