Talk about your cruel April Fool's Day jokes! Everyone knows that old Sparty got knocked out of the NCAA men's basketball tourney by Duke the other night... everyone except the New York Times, that is.

In the photo below you can see that the esteemed Big Apple newspaper incorrectly identified which Michigan team beat Florida to advance to the final four in their headline. There is clearly a picture of a player for the Wolverines squad, yet the headline claims the Spartans won the game. This probably upsets both sides of the fence, but they should be glad they didn't put a Walmart ad too close to a U of M picture instead. As we learned last night, people get real butthurt about those Walmart Wolverine jokes -- see what we mean here.
