Stephanie Terpening is being charged with racketeering, conspiracy and marijuana sales. The 36-year-old teacher at LaSalle High School in St. Ignace is out on a $50,000 bond. This CMU graduate is apparently into firing up more than just 'Chips'. A hearing is scheduled for October 21st.
