Oh the shame. Flint Water Department employee, Mike Glasgow has reached a plea deal that will most likely keep him from going to jail. Glasgow was charged with willful neglect of duty and tampering with evidence.

If Glasgow cooperates with the attorney general's office for one year, it appears all charges will be dropped. Is this fair or do you call BS?
