A mother in Cuba held down her three-year-old son for a tattoo. The brutality was caught on tape, and posted to YouTube this past Saturday. I am going to warn you, this video will turn your stomach. I could not get past the first 10 seconds.

You don't have to see it to realize how wrong this is. That poor young boy is screaming in horror. What kind of artist would even do this? This is totally effed up.
