Monroe’s Running Season Begins, Half Marathon In Detroit This Sunday

It's time to get back at it my friends.  Last year I was able to raise over $1,000 for the American Heart Association and I plan to raise more money for a different charity this year. This Sunday I will get back into things with The Cocoa Classic Half Marathon in Detroit.

I know a few people will be heading down to Detroit to run the 5K race that day, you should join us. On top of that, it's "April in the D" which means we will be able to get out and have a little fun after the race.  I would love a few more people to run with, so if you would like to sign up for the races, just click be below.
