It's absolutely insane what people are willing to do these days for likes, comments, and shares. A new challenge has kids pretending that they've gone missing and police aren't happy about it.

The 48-Hour Challenge is the newest "game" where children are encouraged to hide from everyone, including their parents, for at least two days. They get "points" for likes, shares, and comments on social media, but police say they could get time in a juvenile facility if they play this game. Michigan State Trooper Amy Belanger tells WILX that this is along the lines of filing a false police report and that using police resources for this "game" can result in charges.
