Mug shots are not pictures most people are proud of. Or a picture you purposely make a funny face in. Not this guy. California resident Nathaniel Follette was arrested after he refused to stop riding his bicycle inside of a super market. In protest of his arrest, Nathanial took this gem of a mug shot!
