This barely bilingual beauty is easily our favorite Columbian of all time (suck it, Juan Valdez). Not only does she spice up the small screen as Al Bundy's new wife on 'Modern Family,' but Sofia will also bring her talents -- and probably some K-mart outfits -- to the big screen as a dominatrix (YES!) in 'Machete Kills.' Let's hope the sequel to the killer, Grindhouse-inspired flick doesn't suck like her previous film 'The Three Stooges' did.
