Oakland County Restaurant Closing Doors After 22 Years

After 22 years in business, a once-popular restaurant in Southfield is saying goodbye to its customers and closing for good.

Bacco Ristorante, in Southfield, was originally supposed to close this week but decided to extend its services a bit longer before officially closing.

Bacco Ristorante is/was an authentic Italian restaurant that was known for its traditions of Italy and serious wine selection.

Last week, Chef and proprietor Luciano DelSignore sent out a newsletter to customers and supporters of Bacco Ristorante.

After thanking customers for all their support, DelSignore announced the restaurant would be closing on April 28th.

In preparation for the next development at the current Bacco location, I had planned to close the doors at the end of March. I am thrilled to announce that due to exceptional interest from NFL draft events at the end of April, along with your heartfelt requests - the Bacco team has decided to extend operations for an encore finale and one more month of dining service; closing out with a true Immaculate Reception on April 28th to celebrate with the NFL in the Detroit Metro area and to give our loyal customers a genuine gesture of final hospitality as we say, ciao - and, the best is yet to come.

If you'd like to experience Bacco Ristorante before it closes, you can visit for lunch or dinner services Tuesday through Friday. Saturday and Monday will be open for dinner services only.
