With the cutoff date for submissions being today (5/4) at 3:00PM, we thought we'd give you a look at the most recent batch of ladies vying for the title of "The Mother of All MILFs."

The Men's Club and Banana 101.5 are going to award one lucky hot chick -- who also has at least one kid -- with the new iPad and $250 to spend at Lover's Lane in honor of Mother's Day.
