Overly Aggressive Mall Cop Fights With Visitor Over Photos

This is just a tad bit obsessive.  If you watch the video closely, you can see that they are taking pictures of an accident on the highway.  After the mall cop starts to lose her cool she starts a fight with the wrong bitch.  Was she in the right or just abusing her power?
