2013 Detroit Lions Calendar Already Ridiculously Outdated and It’s Only February
If you're a Detroit Lions fan who is still desperately trying to forget about the team's dismal 2012 season, you should probably avoid the squad's official calender.

With the 2012-2013 NFL season over and teams beginning to look over and analyze film, game after game, play after play, I’m sure they think about what they could have done to change the tide of a game. Could I have pushed myself a little harder? Dug a little deeper for that extra ounce of strength? Tickled another player in a pile-up...Wait…WHAT???
Dave Grohl may be the hardest working man in the world of rock. Along with his highly decorated careers with Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age, Probot, Them Crooked Vultures and many others, Grohl recently premiered his 'Sound City' documentary at the Sundance Film Festival, with the film now available to see in select theaters. Taking on yet another project, Grohl collaborated with Washington, D.C., group RDGLDGRN to record the song 'I Love Lamp.'
In the week leading up to Super Bowl XLVII, it sometimes seemed there were more members of the media than fans in New Orleans. The result? Microphones and video cameras were everywhere picking up dumb comments by 49ers and Ravens players who would probably much rather just play the game. Here are the 5 dumbest things said during Super Bowl week:
Ray Lewis, NFL linebacker and the center of a lot of the focus surrounding the 2013 Super Bowl, is a very, uh, emotional guy. He screams and shouts and dances and is prone to crying. Naturally, with the Super Bowl approaching, 'SNL' took notice of this and included a bit on Weekend Update that featured an overly emotional Ray Lewis (Kenan Thompson) who can't stop crying. Ray Lewis himself saw it and...? He cried.
Earlier this month, Marilyn Manson reached out via his lawyer demanding a public apology from Seraphim Ward (real name Yolanda Tharpe) for spreading false stories about him in the press. Now that that hasn't happened, he's following through on a defamation lawsuit against Ward.

The search for a 'Star Wars: Episode 7' director is over. J.J. Abrams - the man who once said he would only be interested in 'Star Wars' as a paying moviegoer - will direct the first film in the new trilogy.
Ever since Frank Darabont made his controversial exit from 'The Walking Dead,' we've been intrigued to see what TV projects the director would tackle next. We've long heard about Darabont's TNT follow-up, the ambitious period gangster drama 'L.A. Noir' featuring a host of stars alongside 'Walking Dead' alum Jon Bernthal and Jeffrey DeMunn, but we were surprised to learn after the pick-up the series might change its title. Well, it seems they've settled on 'Lost Angels' as the new moniker, but find out more about the controversy inside!
Local rockers Soon2b are young, hungry and ready to travel to Chicago this weekend to try out for America's Got Talent. With influences from Zeppelin, AC/DC and Van Halen, these kids are ready to kick some ass and turns some heads.
This is put together really well and sadly, I don't think all of these are made up. I also did this with friends growing up. It always fun to add your own dialogue to conversations that you can see and not hear. The orange peanut line is probably my favorite in this video. Check it out.
Ever since Atari introduced 'Pong' more than 40 years ago, video games have become an immensely popular form of home entertainment. But their legacy isn't simply ruined eyesight, carpal tunnel syndrome and short attention spans. They've also profoundly changed the way we think and even given us new ways to communicate.
