Well the biggest house on Lake Fenton which some called 'The Mistake on The Lake' is no longer standing. No one ever lived in the massive house that had seven bedrooms, an in ground pool and four-car garage.
This past Sunday night Tiffany Caine-Smith was stabbed to death in her Grand Blanc Township home. Now authorities are charging her husband Andrew Farley with murder. The Woodland Park Academy teacher and former Cub Scout leader is now behind bars.
A man is in custody after a 34-year-old Grand Blanc Township woman was found murdered in her home last night. The unidentified woman was stabbed multiple times inside of her home in the 5100 block of Centreville Road.

Last week Genesee County resident Zachary Parker was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Parker was drunk and driving the wrong way when his vehicle struck and killed Mariah Bailey-Collins. Now the store that sold him the alcohol he was drinking the night of the crash is subject to additional fines.

Genesee County Judge Geoffrey Neithercut sentenced 19-year-old Zachary Scott to five years in prison this week. Scott was drunk driving when he struck another vehicle, killing 35-year-old Mariah Bailey- Collins.

A woman was upset her 16-year-old son ate a piece of cake. How upset was she? Enough to out her pot smoking son to police. That must have been some cake!
In an attempt to rid the area of wild hogs, researchers with Michigan State University in conjunction with the University of Michigan – Flint plan to strap radio collars on about 20 feral swine in order to study their habits for the next five years.
