Philadelphia Police Officer Sucker Punches Woman [VIDEO]

This cop is under investigation after punching this woman in the face during a parade. This officer thought this woman sprinkled water on him but it's obvious that it wasn't her. In the CNN video here, they edited out the part that clearly shows that this woman didn't do anything. Check out both videos here.
