It must have been a serious load of candy that this thief took because these cops mean business. The guy tries to make a quick get away on foot but fails all too quickly after he attempts to run over this police vehicle. First he slips when trying to go over the cop car and then the police officer takes him down. Just listen to how hard this guy's head hits the pavement, ouch!
