In a world (movie announcer voice), where we hear and see bad news every day, it is nice to see such a simple act of kindness go viral.

Keith Kiel was was shopping at a Publix grocery store in Florida, when he saw a store employee tying a customers shoe laces. The customer was an elderly gentleman, and according to Kiel's Facebook page, he could not reach down to tie his shoe so Gage Boucher did it for him. Something so simple, yet so sweet.
